Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression is a nonsurgical means of stretching the spine using a mechanical traction device. This mild traction is going to help change the position and force of the spine, taking pressure off of the disks. This also creates a negative pressure in the disks which can reverse bulging and herniated disks. This will also take pressure off of the nerves and surrounding structures of the spine which will help to relieve the pain. This in turn, helps to promote the movement of water, oxygen, and nutrient rich fluid into the disks so they can heal.

This therapy can be used for the Lumbar and Cervical spine.
